Hi! My name is Fernand.
I’m a digital producer, motion designer, and presenter, with 15 years in the TV industry. Most recently, I’ve been creating content that reaches millions, producing daily social videos for BBC Radio 2 & 4. But my path here hasn’t been linear…
I started in broadcast design, creating show packages for TV channels and directing full network rebrands. That led to production work at the BBC across music and live entertainment – first as a researcher, then assistant producer, and eventually digital producer roles on major shows like Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two. Along the way, I’ve created content for the BRIT Awards and Glastonbury, designed motion graphics for some of radio’s most iconic programmes, and created campaigns for brands like Pepsi and Walmart.
I take great pride in not just leading projects but also getting stuck in.
Need it filmed? I’ll shoot multicam. Need it edited in less two hours? I’ve done it hundreds of times for BBC Radio 2. Need motion graphics? I design weekly content for Desert Island Discs. Need someone on camera? I’ve presented live on BBC Eurovision and created my own YouTube series with 400k+ views.
Right now, I’m looking for my next challenge – whether that’s a senior digital producer role at a forward-thinking organisation, creative direction opportunities, or ambitious freelance projects. I thrive in fast-paced environments where quality and speed both matter, and I’m comfortable with AI-enhanced workflows and emerging platforms.
